emails

this week i printed out the three text types emails for evidence, information persuasion and instructions. I opened and saved an attachment using print screen evidence showing i had saved the attachment to one of my folders.printed off a copy of replying to emails.I sent two emails to 2 students. Then  I replied to two the 2 different emails. printed these for evidence.I added three new contacts to my electronic address book., printed them off and high lighted them.

Transitions, Animations and Timings.

Today i applied 3 different animations to 3 slides on the presentations. Next i applied 3 different transitions to 3 slides. Then added Timings and Animations to the presentation.Created the speaker notes for each slide and printed the speaker notes and the slides in outline view.

inserting images and moved and re coloured

I did a plan of each one and organized the slides. On one of the slides inserted an image then re coloured and moved it.printed a copy of this.Inserted text on a slide and printed.amended the fonts,size,re coloured text and the text and reprinted.

Planning a master slide

Created first the master slide, i did a background colour. master slide 2 put a suitable picture and reduced the watermark colour on it.created new slides, changed the background colour on one slide to white to insert pictures.Altered the alignment on the bullet points.inserted  a table, used the smart art graphics to enhance the power point presentation.

Finding, selecting and exchanging information using ICT

last week i started Ex.three. I composed and sent three emails using three different text types,persuasion, information and instructions.

information for my project

i was absent last week. This week i highlighted the important information for my W.W.1. project. wrote about this in word. Opened two folders one with pictures, and one with research about the project. Saved the two folders as print screens and printed them out for evidence. Exercise two how to check for reliability when obtaining information on the websites and how to identify copyright information. At home i started gathering information on my Grandfather and who he served with

Today i searched for PDF files and  found some PDF files opened them  for more information on my subject. i done a print screen for evidence. Started searching for pictures.
